Today on Moments of Clarity, I speak to Jeff Lester.   Jeff or Jefe as he is affectionately known is a yoga and meditation instructor, a sacred spaces facilitator and a coach. Before the pandemic, Jeff was a self-described nomad travelling around the world to conduct his work and connect with people. Jeff still finds immense joy with his work but has moved mostly into the online space, based in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. During our conversation we discuss Jeff's work in the age of Covid, how to overcome overstimulation, reducing fear and anxiety, meditation, getting into nature, finding Yoga, pivotal moments and aligning the self. We delve into Jeff’s childhood, intrinsic vs external motivation, choosing not to sacrifice passion and love for safety, practice as the pathway to transformation, the importance of paying attention, vulnerability and being humble.
