I recently mentioned in a post on instagram that I was going to do a quick and dirty solo episode before I left for my retreat. Well, turns out when i take almost any time away from screens, however small, all kinds of downloads and information come rushing in. So this won't be quick after all. I have a lot to say. It's a framework that I've wanted to lay out for a long time, and have been struggling with how to do it. I want to explain some shorthand that has emerged between me and my close group of friends.
