Episode 44: Guided Meditation + Group Healing

For today's episode I chose to share with you one of my group healing + meditation calls I did on 2/2. As with a lot of my meditations, I have a loose structure and trust that I'll be guided along the way. I recorded this call and was so glad I did! You might want to set aside the time to rest and actively receive this meditation and healing— it's definitely not your average podcast to listen to while making dinner or walking the dog, running and doing errands.
