Episode 44: Healing traumas in the body

from The Baddie B Mindset Podcast · host Stephanie Madera

On today's episode we are talking about traumas that are stored in our body. Yes you read that right...your body holds screen shots of all of the traumatic and unprocessed emotions you have felt from childhood up until now.  Trapped emotions manifest into the physical plane through depression, anxiety, fear, feelings of unworthiness, diseases, body pains, and SO MUCH MORE. These stored emotions are oftentimes younger versions of ourselves trapped in our bodies, screaming to be released. What's scary is that when these 8, 12, 13 year old versions of ourselves come out.. we start to think, feel, and act as if we were that age again. Moving the physical body and calming down the nervous system is where it's at! By incorporating physical activities such as dancing, shaking, skating, running, deep breathing, etc you can heal and release these traumas that our body has been holding onto for sooo long.    DOWNLOAD YOUR COPY OF MAPPING YOUR EMOTIONS BY CLICKING LINK BELOW: https://baddiebmindset.ck.page/486b853eaf JOIN THE BBM FACEBOOK COMMUNITY: https://www.facebook.com/groups/baddiebmindset Vibe with the baddies on Instagram: @baddiebmindset www.baddiebmindset.com
