They should know what properties actually sell for, not just list prices.Are they responsive and communicative? If they don't return calls or emails now, imagine during a transaction.Do they have a support team? Closing team, inspectors, property managers, contractors. Use their knowledge to collapse your education time frame.What's their reputation? Ask for references. In a small community, reputation is knowable.Do they live here?
