Episode 44: How to show up for yourself no matter what
from The Diet Diaries · host Jordana Edelstein
Today I’m talking about what to do when life is getting “lifey” and it feels like sticking to the goals you have feels impossible. The reality is that we need to show up for ourselves even when it feels inconvenient. The good news is there is always a way to do that, it just may mean relooking at what is actually doable for you right now. Sometimes things sound good on paper or in conversation, but in day to day life, its just too much. That’s ok. It doesn’t mean you give it all up and do nothing. It just means you need some support to figure out how to scale it back.Because ANY small action matters. It counts. It adds up. It leads to change. There is no timeline or rush or deadline to meet. So do what’s doable for you-what can you be truly consistent with? That’s all you ever need to do 💗LIB to listen.
