It's not often we meet other Australians here in Montreal, and it's even less often we connect with Australians in the craft beer industry in Canada. Back in the summer of 2018 at the glorious Foudres Unis festival, Cee connected with Christina Owczarek via a mutual friend (shouts to Jake!), a fellow Aussie from Melbourne who has been in the craft beer world for years. In late fall 2020, Christina launched her contract brewery XhAle Brewing with a peach wheat ale called Impeachment, aimed at the ex-president of our neighbours to the south, and we couldn't have been prouder.
