Megan is a mom, a grief coach and school bus renovator. After finding her daughter, Aria, had passed away in her sleep at 15 months Megan experienced PTSD and worked very hard with multiple therapists to overcome it. She now helps other parents who have lost a child to learn how to heal.  In this episode we talk about her experience, how she was diagnosed, what helped her heal and how you can find out if you have trauma that is more severe than just grief on its own. Megan also gives a beautiful message of hope to anyone dealing with trauma now.
