Episode 45: #2 Episode of 2019

Although, I didn’t have a guest this episode I knew it would be an important topic. From the moment I began thinking of podcast content this was on the top of my list. This was one of the first episodes I recorded…sitting in my closet, microphone, laptop, and recorder sitting in my lap. I was so nervous, I remember having to retake my intro 5 or 6 times !
