Following a discussion on another week of pandemic life, Lisa and Julie welcome Senior Peloton Instructor and run coach, Matt Wilpers, to the podcast. A former Division I distance runner with twelve years of cycling and run coaching experience, Matt, who is best known for his Power Zone Training Peloton classes, shares what he’s learned as a coach and an athlete; how we can overcome challenges, such as injury, and turn them into opportunities; how men and women differ in response to training; and how we can best approach our fitness during the pandemic.
