In this episode, Colin and Elliot interview Laurent Painchaud, director of a consulting agency representing Own Way Apparel. Own Way is the clothing of choice for our Peak Triathlon Coaching athletes and this company is on the cutting edge of new apparel innovations and designs. We also discuss Laurent’s battle with addiction and how he overcame this in large part to the sport of triathlon. Laurent had a solid year in 2019 posting a 4:34 at Chatanooga 70.3 and qualifying for 70.3 Worlds as well as qualifying for the Boston Marathon at the Charlotte Marathon. Enjoy the listen!
