Episode 45 - Sir David Attenborough's Birthday cake

Ay up, Ducks!  Happy Monday.  We start this episode reflecting on how fast the year is going and if we're making the progress we expected at this point. Not sure if Sparky is being as supportive a friend as he could be when it comes to Jo's diet progress.  Sparky had a weekend celebrating David Attenborough's birthday. As I'm sure every other person listening to the podcast has.. Although he may have taken it a bit too far.  We get hyped about the soapbox racing coming to Nottingham.
