Episode 45: The Period One...

The theme this month is about menstural cycles, because my guest asked to be on episode 46 this month, because of Menopause Awareness day on the 18th October. In this episode I talk about my experience with periods, from my first to the present day! (Ok, it's a brief trip of about 25 years, but until more recently, I didn't have anyone that I could discuss this kind of topic with.) Through the networking world, I've found my people, and I love how the world is opening up to talking about more topics affecting mental health.
