Terry Dolowy and her dog vanished in the early morning hours of February 14, 1985. 4 days later, her body was found, decapitated and on fire. Despite evidence being found, Terry’s case went cold and remained that way for multiple decades — until last year, when an arrest was finally made thanks to DNA.
