Dan and Matt are very lucky to be joined by Aaron Young, the Ultra Runner extraordinaire who has recently completed the trifecta of winning all 3 Ultra Series 200 milers this year. We have a fantastic in-depth discussion covering training specificity, the importance of nailing nutrition and what makes him so strong mentally over the course of multi-day races. Matt finishes a week dominated by the treadmill and is one week away from the Sydney Marathon. Dan gets his 63 x 1km done on Saturday as part of the Wolves and SheWolves Charity Event for Lifeline.
