from WA Running Podcast · host The WARP

Welcome back WARP listeners! Dan and Matt are very lucky to be joined by Aaron Young, the Ultra Runner extraordinaire who has recently completed the trifecta of winning all 3 Ultra Series 200 milers this year. We have a fantastic in-depth discussion covering training specificity, the importance of nailing nutrition and what makes him so strong mentally over the course of multi-day races. Matt finishes a week dominated by the treadmill and is one week away from the Sydney Marathon. Dan gets his 63 x 1km done on Saturday as part of the Wolves and SheWolves Charity Event for Lifeline. Congratulations to all involved, raising over $20,000 for such a great cause.
