Episode 46: Blackout or MURDER?! Who Killed Sarah Gonstead

This week we're closing out pride month with another LGBTQI+ murder case.  How precious!Sam tells the tale of a boozy night of fun gone wrong.  In 1994 in Madison, Wisconsin Penny Brummer goes out for a night of partying with Sarah Gonstead.  According to Penny, they had a seemingly good night.  But what happens at the end of the night is anyone's guess or is it?  Penny Brummer is charged with the execution style murder of Sarah Gonstead a good friend of her former girlfriend.Penny claims she blacked out drunk and has no recollection of the murder taking place and she couldn't have done it.  The prosecution claims she's a cold blooded killer.We end the episode with a little true crime "would you rather?" and  Sam discloses her abnormal attraction and love for an infamous serial killer.
