Episode 46: Dan (@bigfatlifepodcast)

On this episode, this week’s guest is Dan (@bigfatlifepodcast). Dan is a podcaster for the show, Big Fat Life Podcast. Dan and his podcast gained a lot of traction in the second half of 2019 and I started hearing about this podcast called "Big Fat Life". I had know clue who Dan was but his name and his podcast kept getting mentioned in several stories of other people that I follow on Instagram. I listened to it and I was really intrigued by how polished the show was. His interview style was to the point and he was a professional at getting people to share their stories of weight loss. After hearing several episodes, I reached out to him to find out his story and just a little more about him.
