Learn the basics of keeping time by simply walking, running, swimming, any repetitive movement. Form there you will be able to keep very good time while on stage. By timing a step, a stomp, a fist pump, any little movement makes HUGE impact on your audience. Our bodies were created to move in rhythm, use the god-given gift of rhythm to your advantage
