Episode 46 - Matt Kettlewell | Former Zoo Keeper Now Adventurer & Expedition Leader

This is episode 46 of 'The Betar Project' with special guest Matt Kettlewell.Matt has had his struggles with depression and anxiety growing up but he found being adventurous outdoors helped him.  Fresh from finishing school he accepted a job to work with wildlife not knowing that this job was in South Africa, if it wasn't for his nan kicking him up the ass he would've let his anxiety get the best of him and not gone. After his time in South Africa Matt soon found himself back working 9-5 jobs and struggling to feel fulfilled until he made to bold move to make adventure his career in which he has now done multiple adventures including scootering around the whole of Vietnam along roads which still have land minds to walking over 2,00km across Central America. He also now works as an expedition leader taking mainly schools kids around the world and is about to face his biggest challenge as he is expecting his first child which is a bay girl.
