Or perhaps we buyers succumb to feeling intimidated by technology we don’t understand, and hesitate to ask all the reasonable questions, even when given the opportunity? Either way, often the “safe” option seems to be to do nothing, but this can come at tremendous opportunity cost especially when faced with change and disruption.
