Episode 46: The Music of Long Island, NY w/ guest Brendan Garrone of Incendiary

In our 46th episode, we’re joined by Brendan Garrone, vocalist of Incendiary, to take a 25 year look back at the music to come out of Long Island, NY. The 3 of us at Podioslave are fascinated by the region and the music to come out of it - including Crime in Stereo, Vision of Disorder, Glassjaw, Silent Majority, Taking Back Sunday, The Movielife, and of course, Incendiary among many many others. We talk the early days, life on the island, and the explosion of bands. Pound for pound, the Long Island scene is one of our favorites. Lastly, it wouldn’t be a true Podioslave episode without tangents...and this episode has plenty of them! If you like what you hear, please rate, subscribe, and share!
