Underberg is meant to be consumed neat from a glass, all in one swallow. But, it can be used as a flavoring, so here's a cocktail:

Ice-Berg:

1 oz. Tequila reposado
1 bottle of Underberg
1 oz. Orgeat Syrup
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice

Blend with ice until smooth, serve in a coupe glass and stick the Underberg bottle in as a garnish, the clean neck inserted into the drink.

Bounty by Sir John Barrow Loyal Books On December 31 1787, the HMS Bounty, a small sailing vessel embarked from Spithead Harbor, England bound for Tahiti. Her mission was sponsored by the Royal Society in London and aimed at picking up breadfruit plants and fruit from Tahiti and conveying them to the West Indies, where it was hoped they would take root and become a commercial crop.
