She's 22, she's energetic, she's already got 4 adventure races under her belt and has had to bounce back from some serious setbacks. Sophie tells us all about her winning Coast to Coast race (and how it didn't quite go as she planned!), the lessons she's learned and why having fun is absolutely key.
