1975-1992Crips vs United States Army Rangers Interview with former United States Army Ranger William "Bill" Foulk. Bill began his career with the United States Army in 1975. Bill eventually became a U.S. Army Ranger where he was stationed in Tacoma, Washington. In 1989, Bill had a crackhouse open up in his neighborhood that was being run by the Crips gang. After reporting the illegal activity several times to the Tacoma Police Department, a confrontation finally took place between Bill and the gang members resulting in over 300 rounds being fired. The following video is an exclusive interview with Bill which has never been told. Bill details the events leading up to the shootout, as well as some of the incorrect details that have been reported since 1989. Bill also discusses the aftermath of the shooting and the negative impact on his military career as well as the troubling response the United States Army had about this incident.
