Matt is off doing the podcast proud racing for WA at Sydney Marathon, so Dan is lucky to be joined by reigning WA Marathon (& 10k) State Champion Lauren French, and her up and coming training partner, Tom Tedge. Loz talks about her experience racing Munster Marathon in Germany last weekend.  The mens’ WA team podiums (we think) as many other WA runners compete in Sydney Marathon.
