The event will be centred around games of Zone Mortalis and Centurion lists, focusing on capturing Amorion +++ Fields of Megara (at “Hagvaria”): 2/6-3/6 +++The Fields of Megara is the second instalment of the Varangian Heresy Event series and will take place on June 2-3, 2018. The event will be focusing on armoured warfare and seizing ground, more details to come but expect a focus on tank warfare! +++ Trebizond (Forges of Khaldia) (at “Scorpious”): TBA +++Trebizond (Forges of Khaldia) is the penultimate part of the Varangian Heresy Event Series of 2018 and exact date and location has not yet been determined (although these details are currently being worked out, so don’t worry!). This event will be centred around regular, narrative games of Heresy with a focus on “standard” battles, focusing on securing Trebizond prior to the final assault on the capital. +++ The Varangian Hobby Weekend Hobby Camp: 8/8-12/8 (Courses, gaming, fun) Siege of Byzantia (at “Scandus”): 6/10-7/10 +++Siege of Byzantia is the fourth and last event in the Numina Elisium narrative arc of the Varangian Heresy Event Series of 2018 and will take place on the weekend of October 6-7, 2018. This event will focus on besieging and assaulting Byzantia and will be the no-holds-barred type of event we have come to expect at the end of our event season! Bring out the big guns +++
