Episode 47: Thought-booking Experiment with Psychologist Rheam El-Rouby

from The Painter's Dialectic · host Josh Green

In today’s episode, I created a meditation called thought-booking where one records their negative thoughts throughout the day. Supporter of the podcast, Psychologist Rheam El-Rouby also did the thought-booking meditation and shares her experience of if. Philosopher Dylan Ngan, also provides his perspective on our experiment. We found that thoughtbooking made us aware of fears, limiting beliefs, and ego that we were not previously aware of. This meditation allowed us to take action and improve our mental health.
