Episode 48: 1 John #10 - Walking in the Light Part 4 - Facing up to reality 1:8-10

Christians should "face up to reality". That's the nature of living in the truth and living in the light. We explore verses 8-10 of 1 John one and see that we face up to the reality of our marred human condition (1:8). We do not pretend that we have overcome sin, only God, through Christ, can do such a thing. We face up to the reality of how God views my sin (1:9) and find that this is part of the good news. Third we face up to the reality sins and how the revelation of his word helps us (1:10).
