Episode 48 - California PROP 60 Property TAX Transfer

Have you heard about prop 60? This is a Constitutional TAX Initiative  known as Prop 60/90 that allows citizens that are 55+ of age to transfer  their old TAX rate from their current home to a replacement property if  certain requirements are met. This could be for many a substantial TAX  saving! What do you need to qualify?
