While camping in Southern California, Tutti Hacking witnessed, first hand, the force and wrath of the Santa Ana winds. These winds contributed to the fierce wildfires that annihilated several communities in SoCal earlier this year. Upon returning back home to Santa Cruz County, Tutti immediately began investigating and compiling information to fireproof her house, neighborhood, and community. After sharing her findings with me, I asked her to please record a public service announcement of sorts on the podcast.
