She is originally from Toronto, Ontario and attended McMaster University where she obtained her BSc. She recently moved back home to fulfil a lifelong dream of working alongside her sister, Dr. Tenisha Mitchell-Lambert who is a family physician with an emphasis in Lifestyle Medicine.  (You may remember Dr. Tenisha from Episode 38 of the Plant-Based Canada Podcast, if not, check it out after this episode 🙂.)
