Episode 48|Impact of Normative Conditions in our actions

Let's provoke our thoughts if our social norms impacts the way we behave and do we want to change any of it if those behaviours are not serving us anymore ! Recently I was attending a group coaching session and during the session we discussed the impact of social narrative in our actions. Personally I think social narrative plays a big role in way we act. There are areas of my life I have to consciously work on  my mindset to change my way of actions which were getting influenced of my social scripts while growing up.
