Episode 48: Jake Aretz part 1

This episode I sit down with Jake Aretz. Jake is born and raised in Pittsburgh and currently resides in Cheswick just a few miles northeast of the city. Throughout the episode we'll be covering a plethora of information including his current position in the world of sales as well as some of his past and what he would like to accomplish in the future. Jake is also a non competitive bodybuilder and ambassador for a nutritional company called FNX. He elaborates on many fitness related topics such as diets, training, supplementation and anti aging as well as some other topics he's passionate about such as cigars and nootropics.
