Known for their impeccable kettle sours, IPAs and stouts, along with their gorgeous branding, they've been a fave every time we hit up a beer bar and finally, while we still never got to the venue itself, we brought them on the podcast.  Owner and Head Brewer Callum Hay joined Cee to talk about his super unique beer history, their spectacular label art, and how he approaches his beer while crushing a few of their faves, including their flagship Pale Ale, Magic Missile, the Black Raspberry variant of their impeccable Shapeshifter kettle sour series, and the amazing Key Lime variant of Chroma Key, their bottle-conditioned, fruited Saison.
