Portland finally has some hitting, and the pitching continues to dominate. Johanfran Garcia is back and made his High-A debut, while Eduardo Rivera and Payton Tolle terrorize hitters. Austin Ehrlicher had his best professional outing in Single-A, and a few hitters show up. Do they go over three hours? Yes.
