Episode #4896 Highlights of Bishop Mutsaerts’ Open Letter to Leo XIV

Father Anthony with Tony and Cristina gather to discuss the goings on, and people in the Parish. Father greets everyone and mentions a few articles he’s come across, relevant to today, that he may review and discuss during the show.  Father leads us in prayer and afterwards turns to Bishop Mutsaerts’ Open Letter to Leo XIV on synodality, which was published in The Catholic Herald (August 14, 2026).  Father Anthony reads from the letter and with the group adds commentary and discussion highlighting the key points made that are critical in the dialogue in today’s time.  After the final break, Father wraps up the show with the gospel from this coming Sunday as it connects it to the open letter, emphasizing what we need to take away from it all; lead Christian lives and uphold the Catholic Church.  The letter can be found at The Catholic Herald at their website.   St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish  https://thecatholicherald.com/
