Episode 49: Achieving financial freedom and commercial property investing Scott O'Neill

This week we're chatting with Scott O'Neill who's the founder of Rethink Investing. Scott and his wife have a massive property portfolio in the tens of millions of dollars by the age of 31. They were both able to retire at age 28. They enjoy a solid passive income from their property portfolio and are able to travel three to six months of the year. We have a chat to Scott about how they've been able to achieve those results and the types of properties that have enabled to get to that level. We put the magnifying glass specifically on commercial property as well and Scott's got some great advice about saving, about assessing the growth and yield fundamentals for the property and about the types of commercial properties that he's investing in as well.
