Episode 49: Before you heal someone...

Hippocrates said, "Before you heal someone, ask them if they are willing to give up the things that made them sick." Absolutely paramount to healing and self-mastery both, we must be willing to let go of what doesn't serve us, abandon what makes us ill, and change in order to progress. What has propelled me forward in terms of health has been just that, eliminating what was making me sick, and/or what was deterring growth.
