Wolf In Tune: Music as the Bridge to Mindfulness Richard "Wolfie" Wolf Emmy Award winning composer, multi-platinum music producer, USC mindfulness teacher and author Richard "Wolfie" Wolf invites us to take a deep look at the special relationship between the worlds of music, meditation and mindfulness.“Wolf In Tune” shows how these connections can help musicians and music fans alike fend off the “Four Horseman of the Musical Apocalypse”: anxiety, depression, addiction and suicide. Wolf interviews artists, musicians, music executives, and mindfulness experts to discuss helpful coping mechanisms for high-stress lifestyles and how music can be a bridge to a more expansive awareness and a more harmonious way of life. The Billy Madison Show Cristine Billy holds a Master’s Degree in Business from American International University and attended Mankato State in Minnesota, but don’t hold that against him. He is a collector of Star Wars memorabilia, autographs (seriously), and a self-admitted ”dork” (but in a cool way of course). Derek is Billy’s ”right hand man” and offers his opinion on many topics but he will honestly admit he’s ”not a political expert or expert on a lot of things” and ”never went to college” but neither did Bill Gates (ok Gates went, but dropped out) but so what? ”Nard” (also known as Nathan) is a former listener of the show that was given a job after Billy helped him find a girlfriend. The relationship with the girl didn’t last but Billy and the guys liked Nard’s ”wit” and offered him a chance to be on the show one day and he never left. Nard has won over 50 Gold Medals in The Special Olympics and supports causes that help place special needs individuals in appropriate jobs and careers, just as he has done. Heart of the Bay Christian Center Services - Audio Podcast Pastor Mark Thomas Welcome to Heart of the Bay Christian Center's message archive. Heart of the Bay Christian Center (HBCC) is a church centrally located in the city of Hayward, California. As a growing church in the Bay Area, we know of the special challenges and needs facing those who live in such a fast-paced and demanding area. It is vital as believers that we have a sense of belonging and a safe place where we can go for regular spiritual nourishment and the fellowship with other believers that only a local church can provide. Participation helps build healthy and loving relationships while encouraging each believer in their personal walk with God. Whatever be your need or season in life, if you don't already have a home church, we invite you to come and be a part of our family of believers who love God, love His people and the world. Geological time - for iPod/iPhone The Open University Geology is the scientific study of the Earth, its origin, structure, processes and composition. This album is concerned mainly with the interpretation of geological maps and the relationship between the landscape and underlying rocks. It reveals how the geological history of any area can be interpreted from a geological map. Dr Andrew Bell visits Morecambe Bay and the 'special' Siccar Point to investigate the rocks and stones in the area. This material is taken from The Open University course S260 Geology.
