Jo shares how she felt like she wanted to have an adventure and left Ottawa, Canada and took off to see the world. Jo shares how she would take on work in foreign countries so she would have the opportunity to immerse herself in the culture of the countries she was visiting. She chats about how she has now planted roots in Spain but has found ways to still stretch her wings like taking a 5 month trip across Europe.
