Imagine That Sydnee Sydnee is 20 something-year-old black girl who finds herself talking out loud instead of writing in her journal because it takes too long. I named this podcast "Imagine That" for 2 reasons, first its an ode to an old bookstore I loved when I was a kid (I'm one of those girls who loves to buy books but then either never finishes them or opens them) and secondly my head is always in the clouds. This podcast talks about anything from my fears, Tupac conspiracy theories, challenges, messy work life, friends, sports, and anything else that comes to mind. Enjoy! Dhai Aakhar - Poetry of Life Arisudan Yadav “You can cut all the flowers but you cannot keep Spring from coming”, said Pablo Neruda once. Taking a cue from Kabir’s Dhai Aakhar or two and a half letters of life’s wisdom, we bring to you this Hindi Poetry podcast to recite and talk about the poetry of life, hope, beauty, courage, and motivation. Not all songs need to born from saddest thought. There is always a tomorrow to make up for yesterday. So, let there be poetry about what’s good in the world. In this podcast, we will read poems on Ashavaad, Shringar Ras, Veer Ras, of clouds, of birdsongs, of morning dew drops. Do suggest your favorite poetry that we can read here. We take so many images these days that usually get lost in the cloud. But what if I asked you to pick only three....?. With your host, Kate Branch BA (Fine Art) (MA) Art Therapy. A Sound Startup Tim Sinclair Friends and family are always super eager to share with an expectant couple that having a child is going to change their lives forever. And, of course, those friends and family are right. But the innocent, starry-eyed parents-to-be are usually too busy picking out onesies and paint colors and wipe warmers to pay much attention to the warnings. Plus–in the couples defense–the only real way to know what that bundle of joy is going to do to your wallet and waistline and Wednesday night poker games is to actually bundle that joy up, put it in a carseat, and bring it home. After nearly three years as the founder and CEO of RINGR, I feel much the same way. I had heard what startup life was like. I had seen several friends go through the process themselves. But I didn’t truly know anything until I experienced it myself. My perspective was so clouded by user journeys and logo design and pitch decks that I couldn’t possibly wrap my brain around the impending roller coaster ride.“A Sound Star
