Episode 49: Red Dog
from All The Good Dogs Hosted by Pups n PopCulture
Sentimental dog movie or extended Tooheys commercial? This week Morgan is here to discuss the 2011 Australian film, Red Dog. We slap on our stubby shorts and steel capped boots to examine the true story behind the movie. Who was Red Dog? How did he help a bunch of miners in a remote desert town? What were the problematic issues with this film? And more importantly … who is this movie aimed at? Dog lovers? Lovers of some good ol' Aussie history? Blokey blokes? You be the judge.
