Today we'll be talking to Connie, who is an adult Nurse Practitioner, right now she works full-time in a hospital-based system doing pain management. She started her own wellness practice where she focuses on hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and peptides. She currently needs assistance balancing her time between her full-time job, family, and side business. What we learn in this episode it's that reinvesting your practice's earnings back into the business it's the best way to grow, it's not only fiscally beneficial but the rewards in freedom and extra time you get by scaling up and bringing more people to work for you it's the way to go.
