Through her experience, she has learned a lot about how to help steer a firm through drastic changes and blazing new paths forward.Nuffer, Smith, Tucker has devised a program to get involved in the community and involve more firm members in their philanthropic focus. They want to better themselves, their partners, and the world around them. This program has a three-pronged approach, including the umbrella program, annual plans to get involved, and support for individual employees in their efforts to give back.
