We talk a lot on the pod about the importance of having relationships that not only encourage and support us, but that help sharpen and grow us as women of God. One way we can bring this type of accountability into our lives is to have a mentor. Although mentorship isn’t a new concept, we would bet that most of us aren’t really clear on how we get a mentor and what that relationship would even look like.
