I reflect on 23 years in real estate and the brutal truths I’ve learned along the way. In 2021, I had it all, until I didn’t. It was the most sales I’d ever made, record market share, the house, the cars, outward success. But behind the scenes, I was breaking. I lost my marriage. I was diagnosed with cancer. And I realised the version of success I was chasing came at a cost I could no longer afford. There was no balance, no space for my family, no real connection to the life I thought I was building. This talk is about what worked, what nearly destroyed me, and how I’ve come back stronger, not by chasing more, but by choosing better.
