How he was stuck in a never ending injury cycle for a couple of years and what he has done to get out of this rut. We chat about how Brent has overcome his own anxieties about injury, how he is now doing mileage he never believed his body would handle and how he is now doing Pb after Pb!!!!Brent is a wealth of knowledge and this hour is full of absolute gems.
