Send us a textAt 9am on 19 July 2016 Lance Hart took a shotgun to the car park of a Spalding leisure centre swimming pool where his estranged wife and daughter were going for a morning swim. He lay in wait for them under their car until they came out – he shot and killed them both with a single barrelled shotgun and then took his own life.
