Episode #5 - Creating a caring community, one run at a time with Kari Rose

from Connecting with Corinne Podcast · host Connecting with Corinne

In this episode my guest is Kari Rose, a wholistic practitioner in Cochrane, Alberta. We discuss how Kari has created a running community for women through a holistic lens - from running drills, and collaborating with health professionals to educate women on a variety of topics from nutrition, cross training, and the benefits of yoga. The club is a safe space where women can come together and empower themselves and each other. Kari is also a perimenopausal/menopausal doula, who helps empower and educate women who are going through mid-life changes.
