Episode 5: Deliver the Need in Your Area!

Today we will be talking to Rita who is needing assistance picking a niche idea for her side business and overcoming the fear of diving in. Rita is interested in starting a men’s health and/or wellness practice but is unsure if it is a good idea in her area. She thinks certain services are saturated in her area but is not confident enough that the services she wants to provide will do well. She has limiting beliefs about herself and is also having outside influences preventing her from venturing on her own. We go over her ideas and I provide her advice on how she should navigate her particular situation.
